I checked to see if I had the latest versions of Chrome and Edge, as instructed, and I do. The running in the background option, tried to again, download, but got the same message, to close chrome, which was closed. It said to close chrome, which I did, but it did not recognize that it was closed. I tried numerous times, but the download would not complete. It said I did not have the latest version, to install the latest version.
